All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Most orders placed Monday – Friday before 12pm PST are shipped out the same day, however we do not guarantee this. Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm CST.

We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their CBD is gone. This will prevent shipping delays and ensures you are not out of CBD. We ship to all 50 states and internationally. At this time, we do not ship to Canada or Australia.

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident with your CBD purchase and want to provide you with excellent customer service. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to audrey@purenaturalscbd.com. Due to fraud and insurance reasons, we will need you to provide specific information for any item damaged and picture proof during shipping within that time frame.

If you are not satisfied with our products, you may easily request a refund of the full purchase price minus shipping costs and restocking fees within 30 days from the time the product has been received.
